Each of the aforementioned plans requires a preliminary home assessment. This is a thorough inspection of your home, including its major appliances and systems. This will allow us to properly identify all the maintenance materials necessary to perform said maintenance. Additionally, it will allow us to become familiar with your home in order to conduct our work more efficiently during each visit. What’s more, the inspection will allow us to assess the current state of the home and determine if there are any issues that require immediate attention.
