Once a month visits 2 hour each
The following are the standard items on the monthly plan. At the end of each visit, the technician will record the tasks performed that month in as well as any observations of issues, potential issues, and suggested remedies.

Note: All plans require a one time Home Assessment prior to start of the regular visits. The Home Assessment is an intensive inspection of your home and its major systems and appliances. This allows us to identify all maintenance materials needed to perform the regular maintenance and to become familiar with your home so that we can be efficient with your time during visits. It also allows us to determine the current status of the house so that we can assess if any items need immediate attention
